The Whive Mining Profits Calculator is Here

By qiqapu  Published On January 10, 2022

In recent months, there has been a spike in interest by THE WHIVE SWARM on the need to have a mining calculator. Needless to say, this has been one of the team’s top projects appreciating the importance of transparency to the community of miners, hence the decision to give the calculator a bit more attention.

We are pleased to unveil the WHIVE Mining Calculator, the latest addition to our list of WHIVE products.

The calculator has been designed by a team of robust engineers with simplicity and interoperability being key considerations. It allows you to determine how much you can profit from your CPU mining by taking into account all relevant costs such as hardware, electricity, and fees.

Using this product, you will now be able to load important data including speeds from WHIVE’s hardware database, calculated coin rewards for each mined block and also import the results from the benchmark on your minerstart dashboard.

How to Read Results by the Mining Calculator

When you first open the mining calculator page, you will be able to see a quick summary of WHIVE’s market cap, network hash rate, electricity cost/ how much energy you’re using per hour(Kwh), current price in USD, mining difficulty among others.

Whive Mining Rewards Calculator

Mining Whive is like mining Bitcoin

Let’s say that we want to see the mining rewards results for your Laptop or PC.

  1. Open your WHIVE calculator.
  2. You can edit all parameters from the *Calculator row.
  3. Enter the hash rate of your WHIVE mining hardware (compulsory). Enter additional optional information eg. electricity costs etc. (Entering as much information as possible is advisable to get better results).
  4. On the results page, you will see the estimated rewards, estimated costs and the estimated profit in USD.
  5. Some values (e.g. the exchange rate) are updated automatically with the latest network stats. For example, WHIVE’s price is updated from DexTrade every 10 minutes.

In the image above, a CPU miner that generates 65 hashes per second, consuming $0.02 dollars worth of energy per hour should currently generate an income of $0.12 dollars per day.

This means that for every $0.02 used in mining WHIVES, your expected return is 5 times your cost.

Please Note: The rewards may also vary depending on what processor you are using, speed, and number of cores.

The WHIVE calculator is only available in the web version. This makes it accessible to all users regardless of which platform they are using.
